Last Friday the Whiskers to Tails mobile clinic traveled to our holding space and spayed and neutered 35 cats – 20 friendlies and 15 ferals. We cannot thank them enough for providing affordable spay/neuter and for being so wonderful to work with.
In addition to the vet staff, we want to thank the trappers, transporters, foster families, rescue partners, and RocKats volunteers for a very successful day.
Lack of affordable spay/neuter is the root cause of cat overpopulation. Every cat who was fixed on Friday came directly off the street or was previously an outdoor cat. The need is overwhelming. Please donate so we can help more cats get spayed and neutered 🐱
