In July, we trapped, picked up, netted, or corralled into carriers 46 felines both cats and kittens. Sometimes climbing into holes or under porches.
In one of the colonies we had the luxury of a few days to get the cats used to eating under the drop trap. This made trapping day a breeze. All 13 cats in the colony were TNRd and the devoted caretaker will have no more kitten making business.

Forty-three cats entered our traps in September and 37 of these were spayed or neutered. More than half were females who will be spared the dangers of giving birth to kittens outdoors.
In August, 41 adult cats were spayed or neutered and 16 kittens were scooped up or trapped. We also had some stolen feeding stations, stolen cat shelters, Kia Kidz leaving stolen cars and broken glass where the cats are fed, the never-ending stream of abandoned pet cats who enter our traps.
The first two weeks of March have been incredibly busy for us — 26 cats fixed! A huge thank you as well to everyone that joined us for a hands-on trap training event in Beechwood!
